Who Wears it Better?

So who wears this Marchesa dress (spring 2009 collection) better, Miley Cyrus or Hilary Duff? We like Hilary, even though Miley was snapped in it a few months before Hilary. The photo of Hilary is from last Friday when she was filming scenes for "Gossip Girl".
